Non-compliant configurations are red-tagged by the postal inspector, halting mail delivery to the property.
No. Under federal statute (18 U.S. Code § 1704), only designated USPS postal carriers are legally permitted to carry, install, or key a Master Arrow Lock. However, our team performs the certified commercial mailbox repair—fixing damaged mounting collars, warped master doors, or compromised frames—so the unit is structurally prepared for the Postmaster to insert the federal cylinder.
